Lancaster House Newcastle

Refurbishment of three floors of the existing Defra Lancaster house site to provide more collaborative and flexible working areas within the existing building footprint. Refurbishment works to include Removal of select stud partitions, removal, and replacement of select suspended ceilings, full remedial works to all fire compartmentation in line with the building fire strategy, installation of LED lighting system throughout, installation of new power and data to raised flooring to suit new furniture layout throughout, removal of floor finishes throughout installation of new vinyl and carpet floor coverings and decoration throughout. Coordination and management of new office furniture and AV equipment.
