GHB Ltd were appointed for the reconfiguration of the existing office, including demolition of existing partitions / doors / finishes, new partitions c/w with fire rated glazed screens and fire doors, floor coverings, tea point, cleaners store, multi-faith room, full remedial works to all fire compartmentation in line with the building fire strategy, installation of LED lighting system throughout, installation of new power and data to raised flooring to suit new furniture layout throughout, building of new 2nd floor comms room c/w with full data installation between the office and comms room. Installation of new hot, cold and waste services to supply new tea point, cleaners store, multi-faith room.
